It's funny how a smile changes everything. It's been said many times that if you give smile to a stranger or if you make a kind gesture to someone you don't know it can totally make his/her day. But you can start with yourself!
Lately I've noticed that in my moments of sadness, depressiveness and lack of will, or in the moments of anger or agressiveness I force myself to produce a gentle and kind, but wide and generous smile. Just for me, while no one is watching. It makes all the difference in the world. It's amazing how it does it, but it's true. Just try to smile for yourself a few times a day and I asure you that you will feel better. At least for that moment. And you will be definitely able to resolve the stressful problem in a more constructive way.
And like all the best things in life...it's free. At least for now.
